Service terms
Version: October 19, 2026
Curb Paint Co is operated by Flight Atlas LLC. These terms apply to your curb-painting request.
What we paint
Our standard service is one set of residential house numbers in black on a white background at the address you provide. Please check your address and house number carefully. We confirm that the curb is suitable before painting. Custom artwork, curb repairs, and additional locations are not included unless agreed separately.
Your permission
By giving permission, you confirm that you are the homeowner or occupant authorized to request this work. You authorize us to prepare and paint the agreed curb-number area, which may cover existing numbers and their background. Your permission does not replace any city authorization or additional written consent required for the work. We will not paint until those requirements are met.
Scheduling
A request or payment does not guarantee an appointment. We will confirm your address and scheduling. Weather, curb condition, access, or local requirements may delay service. Please keep the agreed work area accessible and follow any drying instructions we provide.
Price and payment
The form shows your total before you submit. Any valid discount is included in that total. We will agree any additional work or charges with you first. Card payments are handled by Stripe. If you choose Venmo, payment must go to our designated business profile and is confirmed after we match it to your order. Curb Paint Co does not collect or store your card number.
Cancellations and problems
You may cancel before painting begins for a full refund of any payment collected. If we cannot perform the service, we will refund any payment collected for the unperformed work. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider. If we paint the wrong number or there is a workmanship problem, contact us promptly so we can inspect and arrange a correction or an appropriate refund. Normal fading and wear depend on weather, traffic, curb condition, and cleaning; no fixed paint lifespan is promised.
Contact and privacy
Call (669) 236-0797 about your order, cancellation, or a problem. We use your contact details for this request and service updates. Agreement does not enroll you in marketing messages. Our privacy and service details explain how we use order information.
